Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic and operational management of a high-profile commercial office asset and surrounding estate.
  • Deliver and evolve the leasing strategy across office and flexible workspace, negotiating new deals and renewals.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with occupiers, ensuring excellent service and engagement.
  • Oversee budgets, service charge management, and financial performance reporting.
  • Support marketing and PR efforts to raise the estate's profile and attract occupiers.
  • Identify and implement value-add improvements, including refurbishments and tenant enhancements.
What We're Looking For:
  • A proven leader in commercial property asset management, ideally with experience in multi-tenanted and mixed-use environments.
  • Strong commercial understanding across leasing, budget control, contract management, and tenant relations.
  • Experience delivering value through capital works or repositioning projects.
  • Excellent stakeholder and team management skills, with the ability to operate at a senior level.
  • MRICS qualification or equivalent experience preferred.
What's on Offer:
  • A leadership role at the heart of a commercially ambitious estate with a strong social mission.
  • Flexible working, including 10 remote days annually and flexitime around core hours.
  • 27 days holiday (rising to 30), plus bank holidays and full Christmas closure.
  • Access to tailored professional development and employee benefits including retail and gym discounts.
