Senior Asset Manager - Client Side



Central London Offices & Industrial Assets



We are seeking an experienced

Senior Asset Manager (MRICS qualified)

to join a renowned institution to take a lead role in managing and enhancing a diverse portfolio of commercial assets across Central London. This is a client-side opportunity to work on high-profile office, retail, and industrial investments, managing both income performance and long-term value growth.



The ideal candidate will combine proven

asset management expertise

with strong

team leadership skills

, supporting the delivery of strategic investment objectives while managing and developing a small team of Surveyors and technical staff.



Key Responsibilities




Lead and manage a team of Surveyors and a Property Technician, including appraisals, learning and development. Deliver strategic asset management advice and contribute to the Investment Strategy. Oversee and appraise refurbishment and development projects, working closely with internal project teams and external consultants. Prepare and review Individual Property Business Plans, including financial appraisals (IRR/NPV). Drive income growth through proactive lease renewals, rent reviews, lettings, and management of long leases. Maintain and enhance rental income, monitoring rent, service charges, and insurance payments. Oversee the letting and marketing of vacant properties, including agent appointments. Undertake property valuations and liaise with external valuers. Manage relationships with internal facilities management, finance teams, and external consultants. Contribute to budget preparation, monitoring, and financial forecasting.

About You


MRICS qualified

with significant experience in commercial asset management. Proven track record of managing office and industrial assets, ideally in Central London. Strong leadership and team management experience. Skilled in financial appraisal and business planning. Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to deliver both long-term value growth and day-to-day asset performance.
