A prestigious and well-regarded organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join its expanding Property and Asset Management team in Warrington. The Role:
The Senior Property Manager will manage a varied portfolio and play a pivotal role within the team. This position offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects while engaging with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing the day-to-day operations of mixed property portfolios, including residential assets
Overseeing the leasing and letting of properties
Handling rent reviews and lease renewals
Acquiring and onboarding new assets into the portfolio
Liaising with the Facilities Management team to ensure compliance
Managing repair and maintenance works, engaging with tenants and contractors
Conducting annual and periodic property inspections
Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
Providing accurate, timely client reports
Keeping up-to-date with relevant legislation
Undertaking site visits for inspections, fire alarm tests, and contractor meetings
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will have:
MRICS, AssocRICS, or MARLA qualification (preferred)
Extensive experience in asset management or a similar role
Strong client, stakeholder, and contractor management skills
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
A full UK driving licence
