SENIOR BUILDING SURVEYOR
LIVERPOOL OR MANCHESTER
CONSTRUCTION CONSULTANCY
SALARY UP TO 65K!
We're working with a fast-growing, reputable consultancy that's looking for experienced Building Surveyors to join their collaborative team in either their Liverpool or Manchester offices. You will have the chance to work on multi-million-pound projects across a variety of sectors including education, healthcare, residential and more!

Responsibilities:

  • Running projects across education, healthcare, residential, and commercial sectors
  • Leading contract admin and spec design work
  • Collaborating with the wider team
  • Lead and manage a variety of professional and project-based service
  • Conduct surveys, inspections, and produce detailed technical report
  • Provide expert advice on design, construction, maintenance, and repair
  • Manage project teams and client relationships from inception to completion
  • Support junior staff and contribute to business development initiatives
Requirements:
  • Degree qualified in Building Surveying.
  • 4+ years' experience in building surveying (experience with both professional and project services)
  • Strong contract admin and design/spec writing skills
  • Someone who wants to grow with the business
  • Background in education healthcare or residential would be ideal
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proactive
  • Excellent time management, punctuality and commitment to getting the job done.
