Location: Mostly remote, depending on the location, some expectations to attend a corporate hub.

As a Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in providing a professional, efficient, and highly skilled support service to our Senior Directors, Directors and Associate Directors, enabling the delivery of a superior customer experience.

In a nutshell

  • You will be responsible for servicing the day-to-day administration requirements for our customers
  • Working with some of the Bank\'s largest customers and complex transactions through the accurate preparation and efficient maintenance of lending and securities documentation, and provision of a highly skilled support service to Relationship and Business Development Directors
  • Contributing to the preparation of credit submissions and ultimately the input of submissions to the Business Lending Platform.
  • Contributing to early identification of opportunities for further business across all areas of the Bank.
To be successful you\'ll need to bring
  • Previous experience in sales and customer relationship management
  • The credibility to deal effectively with customers, professional advisors and referral sources
  • Experience of working with a broad range of stakeholders, internal and external
  • Good knowledge of Bank policies, procedures, products, services & Bank systems i.e. Business Lending Platform, Business Scenario, Sales and Illustrations etc
  • Awareness of Risk Management policies and procedures
  • Commitment to consistently provide high standards of work with outstanding accuracy and attention to detail
  • Capacity to cope with complex situations and to have a flexible approach to challenges and pragmatic approach to problem solving.
The icing on the cake would be
  • Experience in completing complex KYC
