Your job

This role is responsible for a variety of operational tasks across the HR team, covering both HR and Reward functions. It is broad in scope, with a particular focus on operational activities, including reporting, governance, and maintaining operational processes.

Your profile

----------------

Leads the coordination of team activities such as weekly kick-offs, team meetings, and the HR annual plan, including action tracking. Monitors progress of annual HR projects and team objectives. Executes key operational processes such as onboarding and offboarding. Coordinates the intake of overseas employees on graduate rotations. Manages immigration and visa processes for employees and internal transfers. Maintains and updates HR standard operating procedures and work instructions for employee lifecycle events. Keeps abreast of technology changes within the business and informs the UK HR team of relevant updates. Supports Procurement with the onboarding of third-party contracts managed by HR.
