Acrelec UK is looking for a Senior B2B Sales Executive to expand their digital offering into the retail and hospitality sectors. We are seeking a commercially savvy, experienced salesperson who can develop and grow our market share by presenting our capabilities and offerings to a wide range of clients, focussing on tier 1 retail and hospitality targets as well as identifying opportunities for growth in other complimentary markets.
This is an excellent role for a commercially astute and outgoing individual who enjoys building and maintaining relationships both face-to-face and remotely. It is ideally suited to someone who has a strong 'hunter mentality' which enjoys networking, building relationships, identifying and converting opportunities.
Salary - We will pay up to 65k + car and will depend on what you can bring to this role.
Key Responsibilities
Create and manage new business pipeline within the HO/RE/CA verticals.
. Specialise in selling our portfolio of service-related solutions and capabilities.
Identify sales opportunities and match solutions offerings to client needs.
Build and maintain trust and rapport with customers and key stakeholders.
Take ownership and delivery of a sales target.
Employing a hunter mentality to deliver new business opportunities.
Increase sales from within our existing retail portfolio.
. Motivate staff and colleagues to deliver on service sales promise.
Essential Skills
Proven ability to develop and win new business.
Minimum 10 years selling IT related services (Installation, maintenance and/or project)
Experience of creating and executing effective go to market strategies
. Extensive Retail/hospitality experience either directly or indirectly
Experience of exceeding targets in a sales environment
Self-starter, hard worker and well organised
Ability to build strong working relationships whether face to face or via email/phone.
Able to understand and demonstrate complex technical systems and processes.
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes
Strong negotiation & influencing skills.
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple workloads.
Experience with QSR, EPOS, POS or Payment Systems within fast food, retail or hospitality environments
. Proficient in Microsoft Office solutions (Teams, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
Desirable Skills
Extensive experience in sales management, with as strong track record of success.
. Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
. Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
. Ability to analyse data, identify trends and make date-driven decisions.
