We work exclusively with premium Korean brands across categories such as:

RF microneedling (e.g. Virtue RF) AI-based diagnostic devices (e.g. MarkVu) Growth factor-based skinbooster (e.g. BNV SMPF)
About the Role

We are seeking a Senior B2B Sales Manager with a proven track record in aesthetic, dermatology, or medical device sales, preferably with a network of UK KOLs, clinics, and training centres.

You'll lead our B2B growth strategy, manage and expand key accounts, and help build a team of motivated sales and educator professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead B2B sales of Korean aesthetic devices and skincare to clinics, medispas, and dermatologists Develop and nurture relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and trainers Recruit, train, and manage a growing UK sales and education team Drive product adoption through demos, events, and workshops Collaborate with clinical and marketing teams to execute successful launches Represent Korea Meditech Ltd at major conferences and industry events
Requirements

5-10+ years' experience in B2B sales (aesthetic, medical, cosmeceutical, or device sector) Existing KOL and clinic network preferred Strong knowledge of the UK aesthetic/dermatology market Experience in team management and strategic sales planning Confident presenting advanced medical/aesthetic technologies Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for Korean innovation
