Bem Coffee is an independent coffee shop currently with two shops in the Woking area, we are a community focused coffee shop!

Your Role & Responsibilities

:
As a Senior Barista, you'll:

Be the coffee expert, ensuring your team is trained to confidently serve exceptional coffee. Support the Management team to drive performance and achieve outstanding results. Keep track of stock and help with ordering, communicating with management to keep on top of ordering. Inspire your team to deliver above-and-beyond service, maintaining high standards Confidently lead shifts, Drive your team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently, Be responsible for opening and closing the shop. Oversee daily operations, including coffee quality, food preparation, customer experience, and adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards. Handle customer feedback constructively to enhance performance and service. Step into a leadership role in the absence of Managers, taking ownership of the coffee shop. Assist Managers with tasks required to ensure smooth operations.

Pay: From 12.21 per hour
