Senior Barista for a Sustainable Coffee Shop in London

We're looking for a Senior Barista to lead our bar, inspire the team, and deliver an unforgettable customer experience.

What you'll do

Prepare excellent coffee drinks, from espresso to cold brew, with consistency and care Maintain smooth daily operations by following cleaning routines and taking care of equipment Showcase your latte art skills using both dairy and plant-based milks Manage POS, monitor inventory, and handle the details that keep the shop running seamlessly Mentor and support the team, sharing knowledge and passion for specialty coffee

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 14.25-15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
