Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including wines, and non-alcoholic drinks.
Maintain a clean and organised bar area, adhering to food safety standards at all times.
Manage inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to ensure optimal stock availability.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders efficiently, and responding to their needs promptly.
Handle cash transactions accurately.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
Uphold the establishment's standards for quality and presentation in all beverages served.
Requirements
Proven experience in a bartending role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
