We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Bartender to join our vibrant team. Duties

Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Engage with customers to provide personalised service, taking orders and offering recommendations based on their preferences. Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock rotation. Train and mentor junior bartenders, sharing knowledge of drink recipes and techniques. Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills for billing purposes. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and smooth operation during busy periods.

Skills

Strong background in hospitality with a focus on customer satisfaction. Knowledge of food safety practices to maintain a clean and safe working environment. Excellent serving skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Proficient in basic math for handling payments and managing tabs. Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable, enhancing your understanding of the industry dynamics. Exceptional time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively during peak hours.
