The Role
As our Senior Brand Manager for the UK and Ireland, you will take the helm of our brand strategy, steering our brand presence in these key markets. You'll be the driving force behind our brand activity, managing high-profile PR and sponsorship initiatives to captivate our audience. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the UK & IRE brand strategy, using consumer insights to drive growth and align with commercial goals.
Lead the end-to-end management of integrated marketing campaigns (including PR & sponsorships), optimising for performance and ROI.
Manage external agencies and guide creative teams to produce innovative, high-quality brand assets.
Champion brand consistency across all touchpoints by collaborating with internal teams and enforcing brand guidelines.
Act as the brand's voice in product development to ensure a cohesive user experience.
Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Experience in data-driven brand strategy development within a regulated, consumer-facing industry.
Proven ability managing integrated campaigns and external agency partners to deliver creative and effective results.
Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets and linking brand activity to business performance.
Experience tailoring brand messaging across the full customer lifecycle to drive engagement.
Excellent project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence at all levels.
