Senior Brand Marketing Manager

• Hours: 37.5 hours per week (part time hours may be considered)
• Location: Rennie House, Tring
• Salary: 38,145 per annum (pro rata)

The role of Senior Brand Marketing Manager is in place to join the senior marketing management team and lead the brand marketing activity of Rennie Grove Peace Hospice Care to support the charity in delivering its strategic priorities.
You will manage the brand marketing team to deliver the agreed marketing roadmap in line with the marketing team's key focus objectives.
You will develop key stakeholder relationships to ensure clear priorities, effective briefing and approval processes, regular progress updates and post-activity evaluation to ensure all marketing activity is as effective and efficient as possible.
You will therefore need to demonstrate your abilities in the following areas:

• Lead the brand marketing team and oversee the delivery of all brand marketing activity. This includes activity for all areas of the organisation including patient services, income generation, volunteering and operational support.
• Own the stakeholder relationship with the fundraising department - taking briefs and agreeing the objectives of campaigns then overseeing the delivering and evaluation of campaigns, with the brand marketing and digital teams working together.
• Promote and protect the Rennie Grove Peace brand and perceptions of the organisation in our local communities. Oversee activity to ensure better understanding of hospice care in our local area.
• Set the direction for the generation of brand content such as case studies and evergreen content - which is delivered by the team.
• Line manage and mentor two brand marketing managers and support them with their own direct reports. Line manage the Content Editor to deliver content needed for brand team campaigns.
• Oversee expert and agency collaboration to deliver functions such as publication and PR, where needed.
• Maintain oversight of all brand team budgets and own the content section of the overall marketing budget. Scrutinise spending on an ongoing basis to ensure efficiency and best practice.

Other requirements of the role

• Full, current valid UK driving licence.
• Access to a vehicle which can be used for work purposes.
• Car insurance, including business cover.
