We're looking for an enthusiastic team member to join our team at Anglia Revenues Partnership (ARP). This is a fantastic opportunity to support the managers in day-to-day operations, assist in administering the billing and collection of business rates (Non-Domestic Rates), and support the team in dealing with complex queries by providing advice and guidance.

We're looking for someone who brings energy, initiative, and a commitment to fairness and service. You don't need to meet every requirement to apply--we value potential and a willingness to learn. Key strengths include:
Previous work-based experience in revenues and benefits discipline or a similar environment, preferably in business rates
A commitment to delivering excellent customer service and the ability to stay calm under pressure
The ability to prioritise effectively and understand the importance of meeting deadlines
Knowledge of computer packages, including the Microsoft suite
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Enthusiasm and a positive desire to achieve excellent results!
