An exciting opportunity has arisen within the TTL Properties Marketing and Communications department for a Senior Campaigns Marketing Manager, to work on one of the biggest property portfolios in London.

This newly created role will play a pivotal role in curating a dynamic and impactful campaigns marketing strategy and support TTL Properties in establishing itself within the property market. This is a unique opportunity, whereby TTL Properties is currently reviewing its brand strategy, and intends to announce a new name and brand identity to the market later this year. You\xe2\x80\x99ll work alongside the Marketing Lead and Digital Marketing Manager and will create and deliver a campaign strategy which will be integral to the launching and embedding the new organisation within the property market.

Key Accountabilities

  • Developing B2B campaign strategies to support financial and reputational growth of the newly created property company
  • Creating content for a variety of communication channels and a variety of audiences
  • Managing creative services agencies, project budgets and contracts to make sure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and meet business objectives
  • Managing media buying strategies as required to support the reach and effective targeting of campaigns
Support the Thought Leadership strategy by seeking opportunities to promote the organisation through industry events * Event management, including conferences, roadshows and local initiatives
  • Supporting the Marketing Lead in embedding the new brand guidelines and strategy across the business
  • Reporting on all campaign activities to demonstrate ROI, performance against business objectives and implement lessons learnt into future projects
  • Ensuring the technical accuracy, compliance with brand guidelines and legal compliance of all outputs, proactively seeking advice from colleagues in legal, the operational business and external suppliers when needed
  • Conducting customer or stakeholder research, benchmarking and horizon scanning to support insight led decision making
Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Knowledge
  • Strong knowledge of all core marketing communications channels: above and below the line (including TV, radio, press and posters), face to face, direct mail, online, digital and social media
  • Knowledge of other channels of engagement including PR / news, stakeholder engagement and how to engage with our people
  • A working knowledge of research and evaluation techniques to develop and evaluate effectiveness
  • Proven track record in reporting on marketing activity
  • Experience in managing end-to-end marketing strategies and plans
  • Appropriate academic credentials or relevant professional experience
Skills
  • Good business and organisational skills, including numeracy for budget management
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Excellent creative judgement
  • Able to generate enthusiasm across the \'matrix\' and within supplier teams
  • Able to turn strategies and plans into action to ensure successful delivery of B2B campaigns and programmes
  • Ability to commission impactful content and campaigns through and management of external suppliers
Experience
  • Good experience of planning and leading the delivery of outcomes focused B2B campaigns to deliver a variety of objectives - including behaviour change, reputation management and generating revenue and sales
  • Good experience of working with external 3rd parties, particularly across creative and media agency and B2B sectors
  • Good experience of both leading and working in teams
  • Proven track record in delivering impactful content and campaign strategies

Fixed term contract for 12 months
As a fixed term contractor we can offer you a choice of pension arrangements. If you choose not to take our final salary pension scheme you will be paid an allowance on top of your salary, subject to Tax and National Insurance. We will share all the details with you at offer stage and the choice will be yours based on your circumstances. Depending on what you choose you can add up-to 14% to your salary.
