We\xe2\x80\x99re searching for a resourceful and enthusiastic Senior Card Fraud Analyst, who will amongst other things, support the day-to-day operations of the First Line Financial Crime Operations function.

Requirements

This role has a strong focus on card fraud disputes and card fraud prevention however the successful candidate will gain exposure to other First Line FinCrime tasks.

  • Help to support the development of an industry-leading card fraud prevention program.
  • Support customers who have raised fraud disputes by investigating claims and managing the fraud chargebacks process from end to end.
  • Support the optimisation and update of existing card fraud processes, systems and procedures.
  • Proactively identify financial crime trends through data analysis.
  • Liaise with other financial institutions and law enforcement authorities.
  • Liaise with other business departments
You\xe2\x80\x99ll need to have:
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • 2 years experience (minimum) of operational card fraud experience with payments. processor, card acquirer or bank.
  • Strong knowledge of Visa and Mastercard tools - 3DS, AVS etc. and Chargeback Monitoring Programs.
  • An analytical mindset and capable of identifying patterns in large datasets.
  • Investigations experience and ability to manage a varied workload.
  • Exposure to creating fraud identification and prevention processes and policies.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently.
You\xe2\x80\x99ll have an advantage if you:
  • Have worked in a start-up
  • Have experience using a range of fraud prevention tools.

Office/remote working

Currently, we see a blended model of working 1-2 days a week in the office, so candidates that are able to travel in occasionally are the best fit for our current working practices. Please note: Our ambition is to be a truly 24/7 customer-focused bank. In order to achieve this, you\'ll be working shifts across 5 days (Monday - Sunday) and 37.5 hours per week.
