Senior Support Workers

to join our growing team, supporting individuals in

domiciliary care, outreach, and supported living services

. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality support and guiding newer staff to deliver exceptional care.

What You'll Be Doing:

Providing person-centred support to individuals in the community or supported living settings Acting as a role model and mentor to junior staff Assisting with medication, personal care, daily routines, and community access Supporting with documentation, care plan reviews, and day-to-day coordination Working collaboratively with families, professionals, and the wider care team

What We're Looking For:

Experience in care (2+ year preferred) A can-do attitude and caring nature Confident communicator and reliable team player A

driver with your own car
