Rare Opportunity to work in a Band one, 30 bed Care Home
As one of our Senior Carers you will undertake some direct clinical care and will be responsibility for the standards of care during your shift. As a person in Charge you will however primarily be responsible for the day to day management of the Home (administering residents medications, assessing and reviewing clinical care, collating and reviewing documentation), managing a team of staff, resource management etc.
Primarily Day Shift. Must have Health & Social Care diploma or NVQ at level 3 or above or working towards
Paid breaks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 13.00-15.50 per hour
