Right at Home Bromsgrove, Redditch & Droitwich is a local, quality, homecare provider who supports vulnerable adults to receive the care and companionship they need in their own home.

What we need from you

You will live local to Bromsgrove, Redditch & Droitwich, based within 5 miles of these locations -

We will not consider candidates from Birmingham

Have current right to work in the U.K - we do not have licence to issue CoS Have a level 3 and experience in homecare Must be able to travel between calls so you will need your own car or electric bike and have relevant licences. Have or be willing to obtain class 1 business vehicle insurance Be flexible and able to work evenings and weekends where necessary to carry out the role The role will involve a nice balance between care and providing mentoring, client reviews, developing care plans and spot checks

Duties will include:

Motivating Clients to get the most out of their day Personal care/Administering medication/Assisting Clients with washing and dressing Mentoring more junior staff, carrying out spot checks, observations and client reviews
