The Role

We are seeking an experienced

Senior Carer (Meds Trained)

to join our team. Reporting to the Deputy Manager or Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care and supporting the wider care team within the home.

Responsibilities

You will:

Provide leadership, supervision, and guidance to care staff within the service. Administer medications safely and in accordance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations. Deliver personal, person-centred care tailored to each resident's individual needs. Support residents during mealtimes and actively participate in activities to promote wellbeing and engagement. Ensure care plans are accurate, up to date, and reflective of the care being delivered. Champion best practices and uphold the home's values and quality standards.

About You

You will be:

Meds trained

with at least

3 years' experience

working in a care home environment. Qualified in or working towards an

NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care
