Dance Instructor Opportunity

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated

Dance Instructor

to join our growing team! This role offers the chance to teach a variety of classes and work with students of all ages in a fun, supportive, and professional environment in a busy Paisley based dance school working within a strong team of 5 teachers

Current Classes Include:

Senior Cheer

- Thursdays, 7:30-8:15 pm (none competitive)*

Potential for more classes evening or daytime

Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver

cheer pom

lessons for high school students and have a recognised qualification eg BATD, ISD etc Create choreography for

examinations

and the

annual dance show

. Provide

constructive feedback

and guidance to help students develop their technique and confidence. Maintain a

safe, supportive, and inclusive

environment for all learners. Collaborate with fellow instructors to coordinate

performances and events

. Stay up-to-date with

current trends

in the dance and performing arts industry.

Experience & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a

dance instructor

or

professional dancer

. Strong knowledge and proficiency in one or more dance styles. Excellent

communication

and

demonstration

skills. A positive attitude with

patience, enthusiasm

, and a genuine passion for teaching dance.

Dance qualifications are essential.
