Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards Assist in meal preparation, ensuring consistency and presentation quality Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety regulations Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently during food preparation Ensure all ingredients are stored correctly and stock levels are maintained Support the team during busy service periods to deliver prompt and efficient service Follow health and safety guidelines at all times, including proper handling of food and cleaning procedures Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely delivery of orders

Experience

Previous experience in a professional kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal presentation Familiarity with food safety standards and hygiene practices Experience in serving or front-of-house roles is advantageous but not mandatory A genuine passion for culinary arts and a desire to learn new skills within a dynamic team environment

Pay: 27,472.50-35,000.00 per year
