Senior Chef de Partie

As a Senior Chef de Partie, you'll be a key member of the kitchen leadership team -- running a section with confidence, supporting junior chefs, and ensuring every dish meets Hawksmoor's high standards. You'll balance pace, precision and teamwork to help deliver one of the best dining experiences in the UK.

What You'll Do



Run a busy section confidently, delivering food to Hawksmoor standards every service Support and guide junior chefs, helping them grow and learn Take ownership of preparation, service, and close-down on your section Work closely with the Sous and Head Chefs to maintain quality, consistency, and timing Keep food safety, sustainability and waste-minimisation front of mind Take pride in your craft and the reputation of your team

Who You Are



Experienced as a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie in a high-quality, fresh food kitchen Passionate about cooking over charcoal and creating exceptional food A natural leader who brings energy, focus and positivity to service Organised, calm and motivated under pressure Eager to keep learning and developing towards a Junior Sous Chef role
