We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Chef De Partie to join our vibrant culinary team at our newly refurbished Lucianos in Hamilton.The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and a background in Italian cuisine.

Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to recipes and presentation standards Cook a variety of menu items efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations, adhering to food safety regulations Collaborate with team members and front of house to ensure smooth kitchen operations and excellent service delivery Monitor inventory levels and identify a need for supplies as needed to maintain operational efficiency

Experience

Proven experience as a CDP or in a similar role within a restaurant setting Strong background in food production and culinary techniques. Demonstrated ability to work in a team effectively while maintaining high morale Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences for guests Available to work

40-45

hrs per week,over 4-5 days with weekend and weekday availability Salary of up to

34,000

comprised of wage plus gratuities, based on experience
