, is expanding its kitchen brigade and looking for a talented

Senior Chef de Partie

to join our team.

We are known for delivering exceptional dishes using high-quality, seasonal ingredients, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion for creativity, consistency, and culinary excellence.

What You'll Do

Take responsibility for your designated section, ensuring high standards of preparation, cooking, and presentation. Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver our seasonal menus and specials. Maintain exceptional food hygiene and safety standards. Support junior chefs through guidance, training, and leading by example. Contribute ideas for menu development and kitchen improvements. Ensure smooth service even during busy periods.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior CDP in a quality restaurant environment. Strong organisational skills and the ability to work calmly under pressure. Passion for fresh, local ingredients and modern British cuisine. A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine love for the craft. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
