Job Summary


We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in food production, menu planning, and kitchen management. This role requires strong leadership skills to supervise kitchen staff and ensure the highest standards of food quality and safety. The Chef will be responsible for creating innovative dishes that reflect our commitment to fine dining and exceptional service.

Responsibilities



Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food preparation and service. Develop and design menus that cater to diverse tastes while adhering to dietary requirements. Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels. Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to enhance their culinary skills. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment. Collaborate with the catering team for special events and banquets, ensuring exceptional presentation and service. Monitor food production processes to maintain quality standards and minimize waste. Implement effective shift management practices to ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak hours. Foster a positive team environment that encourages creativity and collaboration among staff.

Requirements



Proven experience in a culinary role within the food industry, preferably in fine dining or restaurant management. Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and supervising staff. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling. Experience in menu planning, catering, and banquet services is highly desirable. Excellent cooking skills with a passion for creating high-quality dishes. Familiarity with inventory management systems and cost control measures. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills to interact with team members and guests effectively. Pay: 12.21-14.50 per hour
