We are looking for a Children's Residential Support Worker to join our BRAND NEW 2-bed beautiful children's home on the outskirts of Whitchurch, Shropshire.

Salary: Basic - 29,120 (36,270 per annum including sleep-in allowance - 11 sleep-in's per month! 65 Per Sleep-In!

The home is a beautiful countryside-esc property on the outskirts of Whitchurch, Shropshire. The home is situated in a peaceful and tranquil location, ideal for building memories for two young people! The children and young people that we care for are aged between 6 and 17 years of age and may present with complex needs and distressed behaviours.

Your role as a Senior Children's Residential Support Worker will involve being a positive role model, going above and beyond for the children and young people, leading shifts and providing guidance and support to Residential Support Workers.

Salary and Benefits:

Salary of 29,120 (36,270 per annum including sleep-in allowance) 500 Annual Retention Bonus on the anniversary of your employment, every year. 200 bonus if your home gets "Good" with Ofsted, 500 bonus if your home gets "Outstanding" with Ofsted. 33 Days Annual Leave and an extra day off for your birthday! (34 in Total.) Monthly on-site therapeutic supervision from our on-site Therapist. Working for a company that is prioritising the mental well-being of our staff team. Enrolment into Level 4 Diploma for Children, Young People and Families Practitioner (If not completed already.)

Requirements:

Previous experience in a Residential Childcare Setting To be near or have completed Level 3 or 4 Diploma For Children, Young People Workforce (or equivalent qualification.) Full UK Driving License

Further Information:

You must have a valid driving license, with at least 12 months driving experience and less than six points. Successful applicants will be appointed subject to providing satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS check. The DBS will be paid for in full by Utopia Childcare.
