Senior Claims Handler opportunity with a leading Claims Handling Specialist (Repairs)
This is a hybrid or office based role in Newcastle Under Lyme.
Salary- \xc2\xa320500-\xc2\xa325000 DOE
Monday - Friday 8am to 8pm, core hours are 9:00am to 5:30pm. Some Saturdays on a rota basis and occasionally a bank holiday.
As a Senior Claims handler you will be dealing with your large case load independently from both a technical and a customer service perspective and effectively manage any claims that are being handled by the contractor network.
You will resolve all cases by supervising the contractors activity on the claim as appropriate and ensuring prompt completion of your claims keeping your customers up to date at all times.
Experience required.
Previous customer service experience including preventing and resolving complaints
Previous Household Insurance Industry experience
Cert II desirable but not essential
