Are you an organised, motivated individual with a passion for providing excellent administrative support? The Housing Repairs Service is looking for a Senior Clerical Assistant to join our dynamic team on a job share basis. This is a key role supporting Team Leaders and Project Managers across a fast-paced and varied service.
The working pattern is 24 hours per week over Monday, Wednesday and Friday . We welcome applications from individuals who are interested in sharing this role and working hours can be discussed to accommodate the needs of both the service and the applicant.
Key Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries (phone, email, online).
Maintain and update our Asset Management systems.
Process financial payments and issue invoices (experience with Integra would be beneficial).
+ Organise and minute meetings.
+ Manage multiple tasks and priorities under pressure.
Skills & Experience Required

We're looking for someone who is:
Enthusiastic, reliable, and a great team player. Skilled in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems (full training will be provided) An excellent communicator with a professional and courteous manner. Able to work independently and manage conflicting demands.
