We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Client Director to join our team and oversee the commercial performance, strategic alignment, and operational delivery for a key strategic collaboration. In this pivotal role, you will manage a diverse portfolio across Individual, SME, and Large Corporate segments, ensuring growth, profitability, and long-term value. Acting as the strategic and commercial lead, you will drive execution against joint objectives while fostering strong alignment with the external counterpart teams. Additionally, you will lead and coordinate a dedicated team of business development, account management, and support staff to ensure the efficient delivery of all distribution-related responsibilities. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.

What you'll be doing:



Own and drive the growth and profitability of the entire portfolio across all market segments. Deliver against commercial targets for new business acquisition, in-force account growth, and portfolio retention. Analyse performance and trends to proactively manage risks and identify opportunities across the portfolio. Act as the senior day-to-day lead for the strategic relationship with the collaborators leadership and cross-functional teams in the UK. Develop and execute a joint strategic plan that aligns with the regional objectives and market strategy. Build strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders to ensure mutual alignment and value creation. Lead and align a dedicated internal delivery team, ensuring activities are aligned with needs and executed consistently and compliantly. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support delivery and lead governance and reporting processes, including performance updates to senior leadership.

What you'll bring:



Demonstrated experience in strategic partner or account management, ideally in Global health insurance, employee benefits, or a regulated financial services environment. Proven success in delivering commercial growth and profitability within a multi-segment distribution model. Strong leadership experience, including oversight of cross-functional teams or matrixed delivery structures. Strategic thinker with excellent planning, execution, and relationship-building skills. Experience working with or managing partners in specified markets and an understanding of regional dynamics. Knowledge of Employee Health Solutions, International Private Medical Insurance (IPMI), or group health products. Familiarity with broker/partner distribution models and long-term strategic alliances. Competency in CRM, reporting, and performance tracking systems (e.g. Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI).
