SureCare (Preston & South Ribble) are currently looking to recruit a Senior Care Worker
This is a full time position that requires flexibility.
This is a key role in ensuring only the highest standards of quality care are delivered at all times. The Senior is responsible for implementing quality control systems. Providing ongoing support to all Care Staff .
We believe the role of a Senior can be demanding but also very rewarding. Leading, motivating and supervising a team of care workers within a defined geographical area, ensuring that a person-centred, effective, and high-quality service is delivered.
We enable service users to remain safely in their own home with as much independence as possible. Ensuring, through regular communication, review, and continuous monitoring, that care and support is always provided in a professional, discreet, and caring manner, allowing all service users to maintain the right to privacy and dignity.
You will be seen as a mentor for new staff and assist in the training and shadowing process.
You will be required to take part in the "on-call" rota to ensure that out of office hours support is provided as and when required

A good leader and mentor
Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care
Previous experience in domiciliary care
Car driver with access to a car
Ability to work full time hours and a pattern of work that suits the needs of the business
Basic computer literacy
A good sense of humor
