Full-time, Permanent (Minimum 35 hours per week)

Schedule:

Flexitime, with overtime available. Weekend and evening shifts on a rota basis.

The Role

As a

Senior Community Support Worker

, you will play a vital role in leading and supporting a dedicated team of care professionals. Your primary focus will be to deliver compassionate, person-centred support that empowers individuals to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and support a team of community support workers. Ensure the delivery of high-quality care in line with company standards and regulatory guidelines. Promote independence, dignity and respect for all service users. Assist with care planning, documentation and reporting. Liaise effectively with families, healthcare professionals and other stakeholders. On-call Support - providing guidance to staff during evenings, weekends and public holidays when scheduled.

About You

Essential:

Experience in a customer-facing or care-related role. Full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle. Compassionate, motivated and dependable with effective communication & leadership skills. Basic IT skills (email, virtual meetings, report writing).

Desirable:

QCF Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent), or willingness to work towards this qualification.
