We are seeking an experienced and highly organised

Senior Construction Administrator

to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role ensures the smooth running of projects through efficient administrative coordination, excellent communication, and proactive problem-solving. The ideal candidate will have strong construction administration experience, outstanding organisation skills, and proficiency in modern office and project systems.

Key Responsibilities



Project Administration & Coordination



Provide comprehensive administrative support to the construction management team, including scheduling meetings, organising site visits, and maintaining project calendars. Prepare, review, and manage project documentation such as drawings, specifications, reports, contracts, and correspondence. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, architects, designers, and clients to maintain clear communication and ensure project timelines are met.

Documentation & Systems Management



Use Microsoft Office Suite to create spreadsheets, reports, and presentations. Manage accurate data entry using Xero and other relevant software tools. Organise digital and physical project files to ensure efficient and accessible information management. Update databases and assist the team in monitoring overall project progress.

Client & Supplier Liaison



Handle incoming calls professionally and direct enquiries appropriately. Onboard new clients, confirm contracts are signed and deposits have been approved Support new clients once onboarded, guiding them throughout their project journey and aftercare process. Source and procure fixtures and fittings including designer kitchens, bathrooms, architectural mouldings, joinery, soft furnishings, lighting, and more.
(Note: First-fix construction materials and logistics are managed by another team member.)

Financial Administration



Assist with invoicing, billing, budget tracking, and financial record keeping. Use accounting tools to monitor project budgets and provide clear updates to clients regarding any additional costs.

Qualifications & Requirements



Proven office experience within construction or a related industry

. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Monday, and Xero Strong administrative experience with exceptional organisation and attention to detail. High typing accuracy and strong data-entry skills. Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette. Ability to prioritise workloads effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with scheduling, filing, and document management
