THE OUTNET are now seeking a talented Senior Content Producer to join the Site Trading team. Some of the essentials for you to know are:

Reporting into: Content & Projects Manager - THE OUTNET
Contract Type: Fixed Term (12-months)
Working Model: HybridContent & Projects Manager is responsible for helping maximize & maintain the onsite calendar strategy whilst overseeing site marketing exposure on THE OUTNET website. Reporting to the Content and Projects Manager and supporting the Website Marketing Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring all products, designers and campaigns are accurately represented and smartly promoted across our websites and onsite channels, to drive successful trade. The collaborative role will include working with product and site marketing, buying, upload, merchandising, product owners, regional managers and marketing/creative teams. You must be detail-oriented, extremely organized and an interest in fashion.

Here is a breakdown of what you'll be doing:Work closely with Site Marketing, Editorial, Design, Creative Production and Technology teams to ensure daily promotional images and copy for the sites are delivered on time Upload all site content ahead of the Promo and Campaign launches, working with the Translations and Editorial teams and the Website Marketing Manager to ensure timely delivery of assets and copy Overseeing staging for site content ahead of launches (homepage, product list banners, product list content blocks, top navigation banners, product replacement banners) and updating content according to feedback Work within multiple CMS systems, including CoreMedia, working closely with the other content producers and technology teams to ensure smooth running of systems Manage and monitor the Global websites daily, facilitating the quick and efficient resolution of any errors Work closely with Content and Project Manager to optimise CMS tooling, feeding back on enhancements to ensure efficiency of work

Website Marketing:Manages the site trading content and homepage calendar for all onsite marketing-led activity, including promotional spaces within the homepage, APP, Just In, category and designer A-Z pages, considering all regional markets and seasonal product trends, for both Womenswear and Menswear Supports the Website marketing manager with all marketing campaigns; updating asset briefs, setting the onsite journey for the customer and help to determine campaign site bench marks to measure success against too Supports the Website Marketing manger with sale / clearance execution; managing the sale asset brief and onsite execution Can confidently pitch project ideas to the wider teams and lead briefs/retrospectives Innovates and optimizes marketing plans and execution, implementing industry best practises into strategy Confidently pulls top level site reporting and shares insights. Works with analytics team to develop new reporting while constantly challenges efficiency and usefulness of existing reports. Can use and analyse CRM customer data Maintain strong alignment with the Site Trading teams, ensuring the product journey from marketing to on-site is cohesive Performs regular site checks across all devices, facilitating the quick and efficient resolution of any errors Work with design, sub-editors, production, editorial, UX and web developers to ensure site updates and campaigns initiatives run smoothly - being briefed, produced, signed off and put live in a timely manner Leads and manages all new content areas on site and apps and uses insight to discover best CVR content areas Responsible for feeding into all briefs as well as managing and circulating all promotional briefs to marketing channels


The type of person we are looking for:Ecommerce fashion experience, ideally in luxury Previous experience of publishing online content, preferably in fashion retail Experience with various CMS systems, CoreMedia is a plus, preferably with an additional understanding of 3rd party content targeting and testing tools (e.g. Qubit) Understanding of SEO best practice and its impact on web page production Understanding of HTML and CSS Highly commercially aware, with creative flair and love of the luxury fashion product Proficient analytics skills, ideally gained in a merchandising environment A keen eye for detail both with quantitative and qualitative data Proactive and able to show initiative/ideas to constantly improve The Outnet offering Proficient in excel and word and understanding of analytic and reporting tools preferable (e.g google analytics) Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) including timely response to queries Keen attention to detail Ability to identify problems, demonstrate use of initiative and implement appropriate solutions Ability to identify business crucial tasks and prioritise workload accordingly Excellent work ethos and good timekeeping
