We're looking for a strategic and creative Senior Content Strategist, Creative Studio to shape how we tell the Trustpilot story across the entire customer journey - from curious consumers to decision-making businesses.
Sitting at the intersection of brand, product, and performance marketing, this role is a blend of strategy and hands-on execution. You will be instrumental in creating high-impact, insight-driven content that resonates with our global audiences. You'll own the strategy and execution for key B2B and B2C content programs, working with a blend of in-house writers, freelancers, AI tools, and agency partners to deliver smart, scalable content at every touchpoint.

  • You'll collaborate on reviews with fellow content team members, ensuring every piece of copy that leaves the Studio meets our highest standard for clarity, tone, and strategic alignment.
  • Manage a hybrid content ecosystem of in-house creators, agencies, freelancers, and AI tools - balancing quality with scale while keeping pace with our evolving marketing needs
  • Collaborate at an exceptional level cross-functionally with Brand, Product Marketing, Social, Analytics, and PR teams to deliver content that aligns with business goals and campaign priorities

  • Experiment with new content formats - from video and podcasts to interactive tools and AI-generated pieces - to expand reach, engagement, and innovation
  • Use performance insights from tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush to iterate on what works, double down on impact, and continuously improve content effectiveness
Who you are:
  • You bring proven experience in content marketing, copywriting, or editorial roles - ideally with a mix of B2B and B2C
  • A positive, collaborative team member who approaches complex challenges with genuine curiosity and an aptitude for quickly mastering new systems, platforms, and strategies
  • You're a strong storyteller and editor, with a sharp eye for clarity, tone, and audience value
  • You know how to build and scale content strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion
  • You've led multi-channel content programs with distributed teams, freelancers, and agency partners
  • You understand how content and SEO work together, and are confident using analytics tools to optimise performance
  • You're familiar with CMS platforms, content workflows, and AI tools that support scalable content delivery
  • You're curious, collaborative, and results-focused - always looking for new ways to connect content to company goals
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or a tech-led organisation is a plus
What's in it for you:
  • A range of flexible working options to dedicate time to what matters to you
  • Competitive compensation package + bonus
  • 25 days holiday per year, increasing to 28 days after 2 years of employment
  • Two (paid) volunteering days a year to spend your time giving back to the causes that matter to you and your community
