Are you an experienced Copywriter looking for the next step in their career? We are looking for a Senior Copywriter to join our team!

The Role:



As a Senior Copywriter, you will work with our leading in-house client services, design, strategy and digital teams, to deliver a best-in-class service to our global technology brand clients, working across a wide range of copy requirements for multiple campaigns, social, websites and client channels.

Reporting to: Copy Lead

Key Responsibilities:



Participate in ideation sessions to share new copy perspectives and ideas Act as a key source of copywriting knowledge and advice to other team members and
colleagues within the wider agency

Work with the Copy Lead to take and develop briefs, demonstrating a collaborative
approach throughout

Assist the Copy Lead whilst working with the Client Services Director to ensure effective briefing of copy tasks Check the quality of copy output, including proofing checks where required, ensuring
consistently high standards

Assist the Copy Lead with new team members' induction plans Champion the importance of great copy and oversee implementation of style guides
and relevant process alongside the Copy Lead

Adhere to briefs, deadlines and tone of voice guidelines, while bringing experience and creativity into play Take a customer-first approach - understand the specific business reader and how to
talk to them in a professional, inspiring way

Build credibility and trust with clients and agency team members at all levels Turn complex technology into captivating copy and challenge traditional notions of B2B
speak

Write strategic, conceptual and highly targeted copy for all elements of the marketing mix
Use of AI

The Person:



Have a passion for the written word and how copy and technology go hand in hand The ability to create engaging copy for the full marketing mix and across multiple
channels (including digital, social, video scripts, white papers, messaging frameworks

etc)

Experience in working with strategy when strategic copywriting is required Have creative flair and originality Have experience of turning complex technology into captivating copy and challenge
traditional notions of B2B language

Confidence in helping to lead the team Be overly obsessive about everything copy-driven Understanding the needs of the client services team to show awareness
of day-to-day client demands

An ability to understand new ideas quickly and to convey those ideas to others Add value beyond copy by using experience to proactively suggest ideas relating to
creative/strategy/design/video as part of this collaborative way of working

Understand training requirements and in turn, developing others in the use of learning platforms Enjoyment of working and sharing ideas with other members of the team Must be able to mediate copy challenges to arrive at the best solution Have proven experience of working with a marketing agency environment Extensive and demonstrable experience in copywriting at a senior level Have excellent verbal and written communications skills Be able to take direction well from senior members of the team Be adaptable and flexible with the ability to multi-task when required
e.g can work on your own projects whilst overseeing other team members

Bachelor's Degree in English/Marketing Strong portfolio showcasing copy skills
