We are looking for a driven and motivated Senior Creator Marketing Manager who thrives within a fast-paced environment, is a strong team player and loves to make a difference!

The Senior Creator Marketing Manager role sits within our UK team and works closely with the Creator Marketing Coordinators & Brand Partnerships Managers to support our creator relationships, social media presence and ensure the highest quality brand campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Form clear goals and a roadmap for the Creator Marketing Coordinators, in line with the wider business strategy; ensuring successful execution and delivery. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to the creator team. Be responsible for all VIP creator relationships, including lifetime value and retention alongside the Creator Growth Lead. Provide insights to the Brand / Business Development Managers when needed and attend client meetings when necessary. Act as an escalation point for all urgent creator enquiries. Oversee the end-to-end execution of campaigns, ensuring they align with Metapic's voice and values. Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to identify growth opportunities. Ensure the team are reaching various targets including recruitment, activation, re-activation & GP growth, and regularly report back on progress. Keep up with industry trends and best practices in creator marketing. Present new ideas and suggestions for business growth in team meetings; having GP impact at the front of mind with all decision making. Provide regular reports and insights to head of UK.
Skills required:

Expert with social media platforms including Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube & Facebook Expert understanding of digital marketing and how advertisers and publishers are using creator & affiliate marketing in tandem A proactive communicator who can present data and strategies effectively to diverse stakeholders Strong computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office Ability to work effectively on own Proactive and positive attitude Structured and organised Creative and results driven
