We are seeking a

Senior Data Analyst

to lead business data analysis for NanoIT Solutions and its clients. This is a senior, client-facing role requiring strong analytical capability, technical expertise, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insight.

Duties

Analyse large and complex data sets using SQL, R, Python, and other relevant tools to identify trends and patterns. Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualisations using Tableau or Power BI to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders. Design and optimise databases, including Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server, ensuring data integrity and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project management tasks, including planning, execution, and monitoring of data-related projects following the SDLC framework. Conduct business analysis to understand client requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Create detailed documentation using Visio for system architecture, data flows, and process workflows. Assist in database design, optimisation, and management to support ongoing analytics needs. Support the development of analysis tools that enhance data-driven decision-making across departments.

Skills

Experience with Tableau, Power BI, and other data visualisation tools. Strong proficiency in SQL (including Microsoft SQL Server), R, Python, and VBA for data analysis and automation tasks. Knowledge of database design principles with experience working on Oracle databases. Familiarity with SDLC methodologies for managing analytics projects effectively. Proven project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent business analysis capabilities with a focus on translating requirements into technical solutions. Experience with Visio for creating detailed system diagrams and process maps. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Pay: 30,000.00-52,000.00 per year
