Hybrid -Dorking or Basingstoke, 3 days a week minimum

We are seeking a Senior IT Delivery Manager with a background in data and analytics to lead high performing Agile delivery teams in the successful execution of data driven transformation initiatives. This is a key leadership role responsible for guiding several agile and/or infrastructure and operations teams supporting various business and technical capabilities, services or functional areas of IT.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage Agile delivery teams (circa 7 direct reports) across data and infrastructure workstreams.

Implement and deliver new solutions to enable, enhance or transform business capabilities or services.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Drive the successful delivery of complex data programmes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.

Strong understanding of modern data platforms, cloud technologies (preferably Microsoft Azure), and data architecture.

Experienced in managing both permanent team members and contract resources.

Demonstrated ability to deliver data transformation programmes from concept through to execution.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a strong delivery mindset.

Ability to challenge constructively, coach effectively, and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
