The role




Are you a visionary leader with a strong background in development project management? We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Development Project Manager to join our Development team.


In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing high-level projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with the Development Lead and contribute to the strategic growth and success of our projects. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates exceptional leadership skills, and possesses a keen eye for detail. If you are passionate about delivering impactful regeneration projects and have a proven track record in development project management, we want to hear from you!

The right fit



Graduate or appropriate professional qualification. Significant experience of housing development in the social housing, private or commercial sectors. A highly motivated and organised individual with excellent Project Management skills, commercial acumen and an eye for detail. Good knowledge of housing policy, procedures and standards relating to Development. Understanding of technical issues relating to affordable and market housing development including construction, planning, procurement and land law. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Awareness of development economics, financial appraisal models and funding matters relating to housing development.
