Senior DevOps Engineer - Data Consultancy - GCP, AWS, Kubernetes, Serverless, Terraform, Java

Oliver Bernard are currently working with an established Data driven consultancy, who are seeking a Senior or Principal level DevOps Engineer as part of ambitious growth plans for the DevOps function across the business.

Looking to scale by double over the next 12 months, as their client base continues to exponentially grow, this is an exciting time to come on board as they begin to increase their efforts across Cloud and Container Infrastructure, and embed SRE / DevOps best practices into the wider tech team with their clients. Alongside this, there is also the chance to work across a wealth of Data technologies.

At the Senior / Principal level, this opportunity also comes with the additional responsibility of designing solutions on behalf of clients, advising on ways of working, whilst also working on the Architecture and Development side of things on a daily basis.

The ideal candidate for this position will come with several years of experience at the Senior level, and will have the following experience:

• Strong Cloud experience with GCP and AWS (GCP being a must have)
• Container work across Docker Kubernetes (alongside Serverless)
• IaC experience with Terraform
• Strong experience working with CI/CD pipelines
• Capable across Monitoring and Observability (Grafana, Prometheus etc)
• Ability to code on a daily base is also needed (ideally Java, but any OO language will be considered)
• The ability to work in a client facing capacity, designing solutions and architecture is also required

This position can offer \xc2\xa3100-120K, alongside benefits and a hybrid WFH policy (with an office presence required 2 days p/week).
