Key Reponsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging digital content (video, photography, copy)
Lead campaign strategies aligned to council objectives
Advise senior councillors and directors on communications
Manage multiple projects and mentor junior staff
Respond to customers via social media and email
Use behavioural insights to influence public behaviour
Support crisis communications and explore income generation
Evaluate campaign success and improve approaches
Requirements
Leading digital, media, marketing, and internal communications
Campaign/project management and videography
Political environment experience and stakeholder briefing
Supervising/mentoring junior staff

Education
Degree-level qualification (essential)
Postgraduate in communications (desirable)
