What to expect
As a Senior Marketing & Digital Analyst, you will join us on our journey and undertake a truly valuable role assisting the Head of MI in developing reporting and analysis capabilities to provide Trading and Insights into performance across all our channels.
The role will play a critical part in embedding data-driven decision-making across the organisation, providing technical expertise to the Insurance team. Additionally, the role requires consistency, integrity, and compliance in analytical outputs, working closely with stakeholders to align workstreams with business priorities. You will drive a culture of inclusion, continuous improvement, and high performance within their area, delivering and driving decision-making across the Business.
You'll proactively participate in the delivery of Post Office Insurance Data strategy and commercial objectives, always modelling appropriate behaviour and demonstrating a customer first mindset.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have demonstratable knowledge and skills building visualisations reports for a business to monitor performance. As a Senior Digital & Marketing Analyst, you will have proven track record in managing analytical workflows and ensuring data quality
In addition to this, you will:

• Possess first-class communication skills with the ability to collaborate and influence
• Experience of manipulating data across various sources using tools such as Excel, SQL and Power BI.

• Leading a project in obtaining new data sources for the business and collating requirements to help achieve the business goals.
• Strong experience in liaising with stakeholders and delivering information to technical and non-technical members.
• Strong understanding of data governance, compliance, and security
• Forward-thinking, with a passion for leveraging data to drive business success
• Demonstrates a strong commitment to upholding the values and principles of Post Office Insurance

• Knowledge of Adobe and Google analytics would be desirable
