JOB SUMMARY




The Mission of the Senior Director, TA EMEA Hotel Operations is to build and manage the performance of a centralized recruiting function that will support the hiring of our Front-Line Management and Non-Management Recruitment within the EMEA Marriott Managed Hotels. This will include partnering with Senior Leadership to complete the discovery of recruitment in its current state and design in collaboration with global and regional HR peers the transformation as we look to drive increased efficiency and experience through the centralized model.


Partnership with Global and Regional TA technology team is critical as we seek to leverage agile tech tooling to support the transition and future state delivery model. You will partner with technology vendors and internal partners to launch new tools that enhance the experience for candidates and Hiring Managers alike.


To deliver on this mission, you will lead a team of talented TA Managers to successfully execute our hiring plans and in partnership with Leadership, HR and Finance build a demand plan that sets up the strategic TA planning for success.


As we look to future growth it is important that we are always looking to place our brand at the forefront and in all the right places as we seek to attract and retain the very best talent, therefore you will partner with the Talent Attraction Programs team and EMEA Leadership to deploy on-brand marketing campaigns and tools in support of hiring at scale.


Delivering an exceptional hiring experience to our candidates and HMs is of great importance and as such you continuously evaluate the hiring process to ensure it meets the needs of our customers, Leaders and company growth. Measuring the performance and success of the initial pilots prior to scaling will require a rhythm of business be implemented and you will work with the Regional TA Operations team to implement and communicate this with stakeholders.


EXPECTED CONTRIBUTIONS




Complete discovery to validate current state hiring experience and results for EMEA Hotel Front-Line Management and Non-Management Recruitment. Partner with finance and hotel leadership to complete a cost benefit analysis to support the development of a future state delivery model and associated pricing. Design, Drive and communicate an EMEA Hotel Operations talent acquisition strategy and execute aligned initiatives. In partnership with HR Leadership, Hotel Leaders and Regional VPs drive alignment on future hiring demand across our Hotel Front-Line Management and Non-Management groups to inform the resources and strategy required. Partner with Talent Attraction to deliver Brand Marketing Campaigns driving connection and engagement with future Talent . Design, communicate, educate on and implement the new Hotel Operations (Front-Line Management and Non-Management Recruitment) hiring process and technology required to support. Hire required team to support the demand across our richly diverse region, having determined best markets to build teams and pilot. Continuously evaluate the inclusion, efficiency and rigor of our interview processes and experience and enhance where needed. Invest in the development of the TA team through coaching, role clarity and performance development, creating a culture where everyone feels they belong and can do their best work. On-going relationship management with key stakeholders, On property Leadership and HR to ensure the change management is received well and determine iterations and/or improvements required to further support a successful transition As the revised model is scaled and embed, manage the on-going performance of the process and seek to improve performance against key business metrics.

CANDIDATE PROFILE




Experience




Experienced talent acquisition professional with direct experience leading change transformation projects Experience leading high volume hiring teams across the EMEA region. Prior success in the creation and implementation of talent strategies including talent planning, talent technology, attraction, inclusive recruiting and process optimization. Experienced in designing, delivering and managing regional recruiting projects. Experienced in leading and directly managing large teams, including Manager of Managers Experienced in embedding reporting infrastructure and communicating the results. Experienced in budget management, including the build of business cases to secure funding and exposure to pricing models is ideal

Education or Certification
