We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Senior Early Years Educator to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childcare and early childhood education, with the ability to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. This role requires excellent communication skills in English, as well as the ability to manage and lead activities that promote children's development and learning.
Responsibilities
Plan and implement engaging educational activities that cater to the developmental needs of children in the nursery setting.
Drive initiatives that encourage children's curiosity, creativity, and social skills.
Manage daily routines, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all children.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and wellbeing.
Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their independence and confidence.
Observe and assess children's development, maintaining accurate records to track their progress.
Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive approach to early years education.
Experience
Proven experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is essential.
A qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field is highly desirable.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate both children and colleagues.
Excellent communication skills in English, enabling effective interaction with children, parents, and staff.
A genuine passion for early years education and a commitment to fostering children's growth and development.
