Bright Starts Nursery is looking for an enthusiastic Senior Early Years Practitioner for our new setting. We need someone who loves working with children, can build strong teams, and knows about the Curriculum for Excellence and Realising the Ambition. Job Role:



Your role involves supporting the management team in creating a stimulating, creative and safe environment for staff, children, and families. You'll be assigned to a room to support the staff in developing play and learning experiences for children. Being part of the senior team means leading, mentoring, and coaching Early Years Practitioners, as well as handling daily tasks assigned by management. Your main focus is to ensure high-quality care for children's physical, emotional, social, and intellectual needs in our nursery while maintaining a safe environment for everyone.

Qualifications and Education:



To join us, you'll need at least an SVQ Level 3 or HNC in Early Education and Childcare. We carry out PVG Disclosure Scotland checks and request two references as part of our safer recruitment process. If you're enthusiastic about child care and ready to be a positive influence, apply now

This role will be offered at 40 hrs per week over the 4 days

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.75 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
