Kids Love Nature Kindergarten at Marwell Zoo are seeking a Permanent Senior Early Years Practitioner to join the Over 2's team.

Person Specification: Love and enthusiasm for working with young children; excellent communication skills; an inspiring leader who is flexible, friendly, and approachable. Due to the nature of the job, candidates should also demonstrate emotional robustness and an ability to manage stress.

Salary: Up to 31,824 FTE (inclusive of paid lunch breaks)

Min qualification: Level 3
