Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:



Supporting the management team with Nursery duties Lead and support a team of practitioners, ensuring high standards of care and education are maintained. Foster a nurturing, fun, and engaging environment for children, encouraging their curiosity and individual learning. Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate activities to support children's growth and learning. Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development in line with regulatory requirements. Support a positive, supportive atmosphere among staff, encouraging teamwork and collaboration. Ensure that the environment is safe, inclusive, and stimulating for all children.

Qualifications and Experience Required:



Level 3 Early Years Practitioner (SVQ3), HNC Childhood Practice, or equivalent. Experience working in a nursery as an Early Years Practitioner is essential. Previous experience in a senior position is preferable, but we are happy to consider applicants seeking new challenges and the opportunity to develop their skills.

Hours & Salary



Full-time: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (4 or 5-day week options available). Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
