Bright Starts Nursery is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Early Years Practitioner. We need someone who loves working with children, can build strong teams, and knows about the Curriculum for Excellence and Realising the Ambition. Job Role:
Your role involves supporting the management team in creating a stimulating, creative and safe environment for staff, children, and families. You'll be assigned to a room to support the staff in developing play and learning experiences for children. Being part of the senior team means leading, mentoring, and coaching Early Years Practitioners, as well as handling daily tasks assigned by management. Your main focus is to ensure high-quality care for children's physical, emotional, social, and intellectual needs in our nursery while maintaining a safe environment for everyone.
Qualifications and Education:
To join us, you'll need at least an SVQ Level 3 or HNC in Early Education and Childcare with a willingness to develop within your qualifications. We carry out PVG Disclosure Scotland checks and request two references as part of our safer recruitment process. This role will be offered at 40 hrs per week over the 4 days and the wage range will be dependent on experience.

Pay: 13.00-14.00 per hour
